It was the 24th of December,1982 and Thriller was brand new. People were buying the album. Which was good. He hadnt told Jess. Which was bad. He didnt celebrate Christmas but Jess did and he was shopping for gifts to buy her. He was at the toy section and saw giant teddy bears, dollhouses, barbies and all kinds of things little girls would love. He thought of Giselle. He had to get her something. Thats what fathers did, right? He took two barbie dolls, a dollhouse and a giant pink stuffed elephant. The elephant was the cutest thing. He stopped by the jewelry shop and bought a diamond necklace for Jess and a diamond watch for Mia. While driving to Mia's place he heard Thriller on the radio and couldnt help but smile. He got to Mias place and asked her to give Giselle her presents the next day. For some reason he was falling in love with Mia all over again. That wasnt helping him. He could always give Jess her gift the next day. He vowed to tell her early the next year.
