Yeah, I bet I took you by surprised with that statement, huh? But to tell you the truth I could careless. Iâ??m on my last dollar and right now if I had to choose between drugs and bills drugs definitely the best chooseâ?¦the â??STRESSâ? reliever as I like to call it. As I drove around looking for a dealer my phone rang. Me: Hello Michael: Hey sweetie how are you doing? Me: (shocked, a little upset) Iâ??m fineâ?¦. Just hanging around. Michael: Ohâ?¦you donâ??t sound so goo---. Me: (spotting a dealer)Michaelâ?¦Iâ??m sorry but I have to goâ?¦look Iâ??ll call you back later. I pulled up to the house and paid the man for the â??STRESSâ? reliever. On the way home I was so happyâ?¦ I couldnâ??t wait til I got home to smoke it. When I got home I locked myself in my room and smoked myself crazy. When I ran out of my drug, I ran down stairs and sat at my dining room table and I thought that I could go out and get some more but I couldnâ??t, I went through every pocket, every wallet, I just didnâ??t have any money. I was instantly going into a panic, I thought I was going to die, but a thought popped into my mind CALL MICHAEL. Each time the phone rung I was parying harder for him to answerâ?¦he finally answered and I was so damn happy. Me: (overly exited) Michaelâ?¦.Michael Michael: ( laughing) Yeah, what is it? Me: Ummmâ?¦ do you think that I ummm do you haveâ?¦.---- Michael: (still laughing) calm down, what is it? Me: Can you let me borrow $50 dollars?...Look ok, I know that we just met and all and I know that sounds crazy but you know what----- Michael: Sure, thatâ??s nothing, what do you need it for anyway? Me: (looking around the house for an excuse)Wellâ?¦ummmâ?¦my dad he needs meds and I donâ??t haâ?? Michael: Enough said come on... or should I come to you? Me:(panicked) NOâ?¦NO Iâ??ll come to you, its just my place is not looking so great. Michael: Ok Iâ??ll be waiting for you? Man, I felt awful using and lying to Michael but I mean if I would have told him the truth then what would he have thought about me? As I rode to Michaelsâ?? I thought that he didnâ??t deserve to support my habitâ?¦unknowinglyâ?¦just like Janelle didnâ??t deserve my tong lashing I gave her. After running through every thought I could have possibly thought about in my mind I finally arrived at Michaelsâ??. When I was getting out of the car I thought about what I could have looked like, so I tried to freshen up a bit. And then I went to the door and knocked. Michael: (hugging and kissing my cheek) Hey, how are you? Me: (scratching a bit) Ohâ?¦im good â?¦.so whereâ??s the money? Michael: WOWâ?¦ I thought you could sit and talk to me for a while. Me: ummmâ?¦sure, im not in a rush. (boy was I lying) When me and Michael were talking we were sitting pretty close, I was enjoying myself I havenâ??t laughed in forever. As the talk went on I could tell Michael could see in my eyes that something was different in me. Michael: (going to the kitchenâ?¦getting us something to drink) Laurenâ?¦ you donâ??t look so good.. is everything ok? Me: (rubbing my eyes, like that was going to help) Ohâ?¦ yeah Michael (cough) im okâ?¦ just a little cold thatâ??s all (cough) Michael: ( coming back with the drinks) Ohâ?¦ok, well I (pulling out a wallet) will give a little more money for the medicine. Here. Me: *thinking* (damn Iâ??m feeling a little to guilty) AWWW no I cant Michael --- Michael: here just take it itâ??s fine. Me: (standing up to leave, hugging Michael) Ok well thanks Mike youâ??re a life saver. (only if he knew) Michael: (hugging me back) anytime. When I was leaving out Michael asked if I wanted to come to the â??Donâ??t Stop Til You Get Enoughâ? video, I had no choice but to say yesâ?¦even high Michael was as beautiful as ever.
