It Was Meant To Be:Part Four

michael had just surprised me with a month vacation to ireland,my home,but as michael tells me he wants to meet my family i realise something...
michael:whats wrong?
me:its nothing bad really..just please dont take it personally..
michael:what?just tell me..
me:well you see i never actually told my family i was with you..(looking down)
michael:what?we have been together a year now and friends for a few years and youv never told them about me(looking hurt)..why?
me:i told you its nothing personal i just never got the time or even tought about it..i told them i met someone yes..but i never said who i jus..(getting cut off)
michael:are you ashamed of me?
me:no mike i love you and i wanted to tell them but i new they would never believe me..
michael:(letting go of my hand and turning away)i cant believe this..
me:michael this in a way is a good thing..now i can show them im with you and they will have no choice but believe me..
michael:but what did you tell them when you decided not to go home and live with me?
me:i told them i was offered a full time job..and i bought my own house..
michael:so they have absolutley no idea about me..
me:(looking down)no....
michael:thats great..i introduce you to my hole family..EVEN JOE and you cant even make time to pick up a phone and tell them your seeing me..
me:michael we are going to meet them now and stay for a month you have plenty of time to get to no them..
michael:its not the point..(getting off the plane without me)
i then follow michael and get into the limo behind him..he sits in silence i can tell hes really hurt.i give the driver directions to my house and try and make michael smile..
i move over and sit beside michael..
me:(putting my hand on his)im sorry mike really sorry but you have to understand my parents never believe anything i tell them unless i have proof..if i rand them they would of just laughed..
michael:(finally looks at me)i no...but you have to see it from my side..i love you and i want everyone to no about us and this just really hurt me..
me:you love me?(smiling)
michael:of course i do..i always have..
me:oh michael i love you too..
michael finally smiles and leans in to kiss me..i kiss him back..our lips part and he smiles rubbing my cheek with his fingers.
michael:i dont like fighting and i certainly dont like when we are both upset so can we just start this over..
me:ok..(smiling)
michael:now tell me..whats your family like..
me:wel like i told you before i have 2 brothers and one sister and im the baby of the family..my parents do everything for me and they all support me but my brothers are just a little protective..
michael:(looking scared)how protective?
me:they always said they would kill any man who hurt me so your ok(laughing)but if you hurt me i cant stop them..
michael:(laughing)lucky im never goin to hurt you..
me:i better ring my mother and just ask her if shes at home..
ringing....
mam:hello?
me:where are you?
mam:at home sarah why?
i hang up..just trying to see where she is but not letting her no im on the way..
finally after a half an hour we pull up outside.
i see my father looking out the window and my brothers and mother walking out the door to see why a limo is outside.michael looks nervous.i kiss him and rub his arms.
me:just be yourself theres no need to be nervous(smiling)
michael:il try..
i step out first and i hold michaels hand and he steps out then.....
