Beauty does not change with physical change it remains the same. so regardless of the plastic surgery he was still gorgeous becuase his beauty was pure and sincere and came from the inside. its just like when people grow old , they dont stop being beautiful because they dont look young anymore. he was the cutest of all his siblings with janet. he had the most beautiful and precious smile and wonderful voice too.
