Say It Again - Part 2
It was now 9:30am. Michael had been at the studio since 8:40am and was beginning to get frustrated, he was was not patient today. He was incredibly tired and had already had two short naps whilst lounging in the chair. Just as Michael felt his eyes sagging lower, drifting off in to a snooze again, he heard the door open and voices talking. He heard Quincy but another voice. A woman's voice. Michael abruptly stood up from the chair, waiting to greet Quincy and the woman behind the voice. Michael saw Quincy and Quincy gave Michael a large grin. Michael polietly smiled back but was curious where the woman was. Surely Michael wasn't so deprived from sleep that he was imagining voices. Quincy: "Michael! I'm so glad you're here. I'm awfully sorry I'm late, we went to grab you some coffee because we imagined you would be tired and got stuck in some traffic on the way." Michael frowned. There was no coffee and he was still trying to figure out where the woman was. Michael: "We?" Michael had hoped Quincy would finally inform him about the woman, he assumed she had asscorted Quincy to get coffee. Quincy: "Oh yes, my new assistant, Chloe, I hired her last week but she had some personal family issues to resolve so that's why you haven't met her yet." Michael: "Is she attending the meeting?" Quincy: "Yes, if that's alright with you. She brought along some details about the events for the promotion of the album. She's just grabbing some coffee for us." Michael: "But I thought you-" Quincy chuckled. Quincy: "Yes, well finishing off my story, the queue was far too long in the coffee shop and it would of taken us another 15 minutes to get here at the minimum. I then remembered there was a coffee machine here of course so we left." Quincy chuckled again when he told Michael he had forgotten about the coffee machine. Michael smiled when he heard the story. Michael: "No that's alright although I think we should start organising the plans since we've already lost time. Quincy: "Certainly! Now on Mon-" Quincy was interrupted by the sound of the door opening. He and Michael both turned to face his assistant. Michael squinted as the dark figure walked through the door in to the light where she could be seen. Suddenly she emerged. She was dressed in a black pencil skirt that finished just above the knees. She had long, thin legs. She was also wearing black Prada heels and black business jacket which fitted her slim stomach well. She had a pale yet soft complexion. Her lips were coated red with lipstick and the right side of her mouth lifted, giving her right cheek a visable dimple. She had blonde hair that appeared to be a replica of the model's hair from the Loreal commercial. Her hair was down and neatly swept over her shoulder. She a cute little nose that was perfectly centered in the middle of her face. Not too narrow but not too wide. Her cheek bones were slightly visable as her face lifted in to a smirk. And her eyes. Michael will never forget when his eyes met with her's for the first time. Those big, wide, pouty, blue eyes. They sparkled when he looked at them. It was as if her eyes had already greeted him with an intimate embrace. He was drowning in her deep blue sea eyes. He couldn't stop looking at them. Focusing on her eyes sent Michael off in to oblivion. He knew he was staring at her but he could not stop, he was so withdrawn from reality when he looked in her eyes that he couldn't possibly focus on taking his eyes away from them. Those beautiful eyes. To be continued
