Scream - Part One

"Don't it make you wanna scream, MAKE YOU WANNA SCREAM" I wailed out loud in a terrible voice to my favourite song. "Uh, I hurt my own ears sometimes," I giggled to my friend Lina as I turned the tape off. "You're not that bad... you're pretty good." But I could tell by her face she was lieing, and she burst out laughing. "Sorry," she wheezed, "I can't help it! Oh my gosh, Sash, you sounded like a... a... HAHAHA! Du, duh, you sounded like a DUCK!" she said not being able to speak because she was laughing so hard.

Could you believe it, me and Li had been friends since we were 3. Amazingly, we got on great most of the time. Now not being one of those times.

We both loved listening to Michael Jackson. We were constantly trying to impersonate his moves and songs. Whenever Lina came over to mine, or I went to her house, the visitor was always the one to say "What tape are we doing today?".
That was something we also shared since we were three.

Every year, every birthday cake, Lina and me would both blow out the candles and wish we could meet Michael Jackson. We both knew what eachother had wished for!

We were both going to see Michael's concert next week.

I thought that maybe, just maybe, our wish would come true...
