Well I am only 22 years old, but I grew up off of Michael Jackson and his family. I had my own albums and everything. I was always fascinated with either Prince or Michael Jackson. Michael won me over when I was a little girl, with "Beat It." Man I was only a little girl, but I just fell in love with him from then on. Everything that he did or when he did concerts, I could never make them, but I watched them on TV when I got the chance. I am so emotional right now, because he touched a lot of people, and it is like a best friend has died. I don't look at Michael just as an Icon, but someone who had feelings, someone who had a heart. He paved the way for people to open their eyes, to actually see what is going on. "Man in the Mirror" is a perfect anthem of change for this world. Although I didn't know him personally, I will forever love him for his heart, and for his empathy for us all. Although he has passed, his music, memories, and love for his family, friends, and fans will definitely live on. I love you Michael
